An American silver goblet by Shreve & Company of San Francisco, mounting a Japanese Satsuma bowl. The Met describes the bowl only as in the style of Yabu Meizan; it is listed here for reference and is not attributed to him.

Caveat. This goblet was made by Shreve & Company. The Metropolitan Museum of Art describes its Satsuma bowl as “in the style of Yabu Meizan”. It is shown here for comparison and is not a work by Yabu Meizan.
